A PROGRESSIVE, ASPIRATIONAL COURSE TO SUPPORT STAFF AND SHIFT COMPANY CULTURE
Organisations thrive when leaders and employees are safe, present and fulfilled both at home and in the workplace. Many commit to cultivating a culture that prioritizes the well-being of all employees, but few are dealing with the elephant in the room. Alcohol.
Alcohol has excellent PR. The so-called upsides are openly promoted, glamourised and normalised, and the downsides, many of which are unquantifiable, or cause individual shame, are rarely discussed.
Furthermore, if you don't partake you're ostracised, but if you can't drink "responsibly" you're an outcast.
It's clever messaging. There's something wrong with you if you can't responsibly administer a highly addictive drug.
Mental health issues, bullying, harrassment, and general lack of awareness and compassion for others can plague the corporate environment leading to a dis-regulated workforce and this effects the bottom line in more ways than can be listed
Many solutions address the issues after the fact, but few are dealing boldly and intelligently with one of the greatest causes behind these issues. Alcohol.
AN EMPOWERING APPROACH
I coach clients from all over the world, helping them to find freedom from alcohol. I have seen hundreds of inspiring and powerful transformations that have had a dramatic positive ripple effect into workplaces and families. I've seen people transform from resignation to hope, and from fear to courage.
This program is designed to encourage, support and inspire people who want to take a break from alcohol. The goals are to challenge the out-dated paradigms that surround alcohol, to motivate through education and to provide clarity and choice to anyone who is drinking and noticing negative consequences in their lives.

ABOUT ME
I quit drinking in 2019 aged 46. I was functioning, running a company, active, and generally healthy, but I was becoming increasingly aware of the negative consequences of drinking alcohol. My mental health was suffering with increased anxiety and bouts of depression and I felt sluggish, demotivated, and disappointed in myself.
I knew alcohol played a role, but it wasn't until a stopped drinking that I realised just how much of an impact it had had on my life, for years.
I know that my story is not exceptional. What I thought was normal drinking in fact turned out to be highly disfcuntional. and yet my environment told me otherwise. Drinking on a regular basis was normalised and excessive binge drinking was just letting loose on the weekend.
As a trained counsellor, coach, yoga instructor and mindfulness educator I knew this habit was slowly killing my potential, but the power of the normalising of drinking and the fear of stigma kept me stuck for years.
In 2019 I signed into a two week rehabilitaiton program. The motivation I needed was found at the bedside of my father. I would not die knowing I'd let alcohol win.
FINDING FREEDOM
I became obsessed with how I had got this point. I chanelled all my new found time and energy into understanding addiction. I loved life again, and I became compelled to help others like me.
Since 2020 I have been coaching clients from all over the world, helping them to experience an aspirational life alcohol-free and enabling them to make empowered choices about their relationship with alcohol.
