I know how it feels to struggle with alcohol.
Just like you, I wanted to break free, to live a life full of purpose and free from regret.
Before I found the answer, I was a successful business owner, a mother, and even a yoga teacher, but behind closed doors, I was stuck in a cycle of on-again, off-again drinking. I drank to relax, to deal with stress, and to numb myself, but it left me feeling empty, anxious, and conflicted.
I tried countless times to quit, but nothing seemed to work.
There was always something drawing me back in. Whether it was social pressure or the stress of daily life, the long-term solution always felt out of reach.
After I quit in a rehab in 2019 I decided there must be a better wayÂ
Over the last five years, I've made it my mission to create a program that is relatable to those of us who don't need detox or re-hab, one that educates, inspires, and motivates long-term change. My method is a framework built from my personal journey, research, and years of coaching others through the same struggle.Â
Five years on...
I've worked with hundreds of people, helping them reset their lives, regain control, and wake up with no regrets, long-term.

My Background
Hi, I’m Sarah. Married with two teenage boys, I live a busy, and balanced life in Brisbane, Australia.
For over 20 years I have studied counselling, coaching, psychology, and philosophy alongside running a small business.
I discovered my passion for helping others change their relationships with alcohol at the age of 46, after facing my personal challenges with drinking, depression, and anxiety.
With over 20 years of experience in coaching, education, and leadership, it wasn’t until I stopped drinking that I fully understood “The Joy of Missing Out.” and the impact alcohol had had on my overall well-being.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to extensive education on alcohol, the science, and how to support those in the grey area (not at “rock bottom” but recognizing alcohol is holding them back)
Relatability is key to my approach. Having run businesses, led teams, and managed the juggle of work, kids, study, and ageing parents, I deeply understand the pressures that influence our capacity to change. I’m known for sharing my knowledge and experience in ways that inspire and motivate people to take bold steps toward changing their lives, and the lives of those they touch, beyond what they thought was possible.
I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of professionals worldwide to make meaningful changes in their lives. They rediscover joy, improve their relationships, thrive at work, and start appreciating life again.
Whether it’s through group coaching, workplace programs, or 1:1 support, my goal is simple: to help people and organizations thrive by radically rethinking how we approach alcohol and our mental health.

"Finding Sarah Connelly was a breath of fresh and life-resuscitating air. Sarah lead our private conversations with compassion yet honesty, knowledge and clarity, and introspection without shame. My time with her resulted in a hopeful trek of self-discovery, clarity in my goals, and a resurfacing of my purpose in life. Tools redefining the role of alcohol in my life developed with Sarah’s guidance and experience. For anyone feeling the need and desire to align their choices and behavior with their goals and truths, I whole-heartedly, with joy and gratitude, recommend Sarah Connelly.

"Sarah, You fill me with so much joy and hope. Words cannot express how I truly feel. Learning, listening and being heard in such a profound way from a person who is not only brilliant but genuinely cares about helping others has been a privilege as well priceless.Â
M. Thompson – Small Business Owner.
"I have been off the booze for 4 months now and going strong. I feel it has finally clicked. I have attended every social event and faced all those "impossible" situations head on. I feel so good in myself and confident in who I am now, that I can't imagine why I'd have wanted anything less for myself.Â
I just wanted to thank you immensely for being part of my journey, to get to this point. I am so grateful for your patience, compassion and deep empathy and care at a time when I truly hated myself. Thank you for the incredible gift of you.Â
